Our teachers and coaches deliver high quality, personalised sessions in the areas they excel most in, spanning: swimming, artistic swimming, open water, and disability aquatics. And most importantly, they all subscribe to the Hideous right effort: learning, practicing and resting in the right amounts with mutual respect and kindness.

Steph
I have been involved in swimming and artistic swimming for almost 25 years, and teaching for the last 10. I believe in making the water accessible to as many people as possible, and do this through supporting adult learners, and running an adaptive artistic swimming program for people with disabilities. I have an eye for detail that helps me identify the particular skills and adjustments will help make the biggest changes to your stroke. Importantly, I believe that you define your own success and I am here to support you in achieving whatever that is.
Qualifications: Level 2 Swimming Teacher, RPL Artistic Swimming Coach
Particularly great at: artistic swimming, disability inclusive teaching, butterfly stroke, learn to swim.

I am a Swimming Teacher and Coach. With over 18 years of experience in this field, I have developed a comprehensive skill set and expertise that enables swimmers. My career has been dedicated to not only teaching swimming but also to enhancing each learner’s experience and performance through carefully tailored instruction. I work from a positive framework that celebrates what the leaners has and builds this technically towards meet your goals.
